When I came home from here yesterday the food wasn't the best, it was very repetitive and you could tell everything was cheap. We ate out quite often as it wasn't appetizing, after being there for 10 days I was ready to come home. The small pool and the big pool kept cutting everyone's feet, so there was blood everywhere, which is not very hygienic. I reported this to the lifeguards several times as they had to put things on the children's feet but they didn't seem too bothered. The rooms weren't cleaned by the cleaners, they just made the beds and if you didn't get up at 9 and have it done then it wouldn't have been made. I wasn't really happy with this as my 6 year old spilled drinks on the floor so it was sticky and we went to the beach a couple of times so there was sand on the floor. The entertainment was really bad only 1 good show the whole 10 days. On the plus side the kids really enjoyed it, the splash park is brilliant, the mini golf, upside down house and 4D cinema etc were brilliant. Considering we went under those circumstances it was really good close to town so plenty of places to eat and the beach is a 5 minute walk. I'm glad I didn't go when the strip is open as we are pretty close so even here the music could be coming from some open locations. Would have been shocking if the strip opened up so I wouldn't guess if everything opens up properly again. The hotel is very noisy at night as people might need to be considerate when it's late.

The hotel is excellent for families, just got home from a 5 night stay, really impressed especially during the covid crisis, the hotel is lovely, drinks are good, entertainment is good, the only problem was the mask situation, which is really irritating. The food was ok...we had a great time and will definitely be back next year, hopefully things will be somewhat back to normal by then

Fantastic hotel for anyone with a young family. I have been twice this year with my 6 year old son. He loved the water park when we came in April. It was closed when we stayed this week so we visited all the other attractions that we didn't see last time. He lived it.

From day one to the end of our stay everything was great. My kids loved it. We will come back in any case. The negative part was that we have 2 rooms, the air conditioning in the other rooms doesn't work so we all slept in one room, but overall everything was wonderful

Exceptional property. Food, staff are brilliant. All I can really say is be prepared for the noise outside. Recommended if you have kids, they have everything kids will enjoy.

It's a real shame, the hotel is clean and the lobby, reception and bar area are nice - the rooms are a little basic and small but perfectly fine. The pool was good and the gentle play was great for young children. The staff was so nice and it's totally safe for the kids with an alarm system if kids try to walk alone. It's just such a shame that the hotel is so noisy and the noise continues into the night. I think the hotel could use more measures against the noise. Even signs on each floor ask people to be quiet in relation to other guests. There were a few fights which we witnessed during our stay and the language of some was poor when small children were around. I left my room with my 5 year old and found a man outside getting angry about something and that was pretty normal to hear. If the hotel could keep the behavior of some in check it would be a good family hotel.

My son loves the park so much and we would like to come back next year if possible. The room is clean. The staff are fabulous. The food is good and varied. We hardly go anywhere other than staying at the resort. The staff at the kids club are well trained. My son didn't want to go anywhere because of the clubs. There is so much to do for kids at the resort. Fabulous.
